Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on icon which is displayed at the top right of every page. You will be asked for a few details that we need to get your order to you.
We accept most major credit cards ie. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Solo & Electron and all orders are processed through PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to purchase.
If you are shopping from North America or any other country outside the UK:
All orders are charged in UK STERLING and are converted to your own currency by your bank. No responsibility can be taken by Harmonic Health for extra charges levied on you by your bank.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If any product is found to be defective, customers will be offered a free replacement or a full refund. In the event of customer dissatisfaction, Harmonic Health must be informed by e-mail or fax and the defective product returned within 1 calendar month from the date of receipt.
Whilst we will always endeavour to be fair, if upon examination a large amount of the contents have been used, or a product appears to have been tampered with, no replacement or refund will be offered. Replacements or refunds will be at the discretion of Harmonic Health and will not be unjustifiably withheld.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery charges can be calculated directly within the basket. Acceptance of your order is subject to the correct shipping charge being chosen. Some products are not able to be shipped to all countries.
Harmonic Health reserves the right to charge any extra postage & packing charges should an incorrect destination address be chosen, either accidentally or intentionally.
No extra charges will be collected without prior contact with the customer by email or by telephone.
We do not ship to a small list of locations:

In the event of orders not arriving at shipping destination, no responsibility can be taken by Harmonic Health unless informed within one calendar month from date of dispatch. Dispatch dates are kept on record and we will not be unjustifiably unfair.
Immediate attention is given to your order. We will normally send your order to you in 3 working days. International orders should be received within approximately 7 to 14 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All orders are free of VAT.
